Description

The flag is normally set before RESTORE_VIEW phase (so that the old token may be stored), but is actually used
during the RENDER_RESPONSE phase.
Under some circumstances, it is necessary to clear this flag after RESTORE_VIEW, but before RENDER_RESPONSE.
