Description

Trinidad-1869, "Hot upgrade support from version without manager to one with a window manager" added a new "isValidViewStateToken" API to the state manager. This API is needed in the 1.2.12.6.1 and 1.2.12.6.2 branches. Only the code to support this one signature is requested to be backported.
