Description

While developing my own component, I need disable/enable converters/validators based on EL. Please support disabled attribute for the following:
ColorConverter
DateTimeConverter
NumberConverter

ByteLengthValidator
DateRestrictionValidator
DateTimeRangeValidator
DoubleRangeValidator
LengthValidator
LOngRangeValidator
RegExpValidator

Also multiple validators for a single component needs to be supported.
A patch is attached.
