Description

Trinidad uses the static Beans.isDesignTime() to determine when a particular request should generate content based differently because the execution is occurring within a visual editor. The improvement switches almost all of the calls to use a capability on the Agent making the request to determine whether this particular request should execute as if inside of a visual editor. Among other things, this allows a IDE to support both a visual editor view and a preview.
