Description

UIXTable processes facets of columns that have rendered="false". This is a bug and causes serious issues with components derived off UIXTable.
The fix is to check for isRendered in __processColumnFacets loop.

Please put the fix in trinidad trunk as well as 1.2.12.2 branch
