Minor Description
I have a lot of times come to the point, where I discovered a problem inside my app sometimes, and had to adjust say the logging level, or the mail server used, for example. So I have been thinking about a JMXService for a long time, which exposes Turbines Configuration via JMX, so it can be adjusted quickly and without me having to restart the Server.
