Development environment (workstation mode or local-hadoop) currently runs esgyn as 2 virtual nodes, this has benefit of exercising SQL as multi-node, but it does not exercise monitor code that is used on clusters.

These days, when it is relatively easy to test clustered multiple nodes using VMs, there is less need to have Esgyn Monitor support "virtual" nodes.

This change is aimed to change "workstation" mode to use single node rather than virtual nodes. This enables potentially removing support for virtual nodes in the future.

    Description

Phase 1:  change sqconfig file so that local workstation instance does not use virtual nodes.

      • Also update any regression EXPECTED files accordingly.

Phase 2: change pyinstaller and ambari-installer to not use virtual nodes when installing on single node.

Phase 3: Remove virtual node support in sqgen and any scripts using SQ_VIRTUAL_NODES.

      • Also look for any code using other methods to determine workstation versus cluster.
