[TRAFODION-2643] doc versions published are not correct

Description

The 2.1 version of provisioning doc (and other docs, I assume) are not correct. Ambari info added in 2.1 is not showing in 2.1 docs on web site, only the master version.

Also, the revisions is still showing 2.1 release date as TBD.
