Description

When Trafodion gets started with sqstart and HBase is down, Trafodion may hang or fail with difficult to understand error messages. We should give an easy to understand diagnostics that pinpoints the HBase status as the source of the problem.

Narendra has written a tool that does just that, I'll add a call to this tool to the sqstart method.
