Description

Apache does not allow BSD-4 licenses to be included in release packages due to the third rule regarding advertising. Trafodion uses the sprintf and scanf files that were originally licensed as BSD-4 files. Since Trafodion started using them, the license was recinded and these files were updated to use the BSD-3 licenses. See:
