Description

The dcs and wms directories contain the NOTICE and LICENSE files that are now sub-summed by the NOTICE and LICENSE files in the top level directory. These files should be removed. They are left over from when these products were released separately.
Trafodion does not include any source files from the products (Jamon and JUnit) mentioned in the NOTICE.txt file in its source package. Therefore, no changes are required to the top level LICENSE and NOTICE files.
