[TRAFODION-1484] Describe a way to run Trafodion with Apache HBase, without a distro

Description

This is something Stack has asked for, and it has also been requested by various other people. Right now, the Trafodion installer supports certain Cloudera CDH and Hortonworks HDP versions, but there is no documented way to run Trafodion with only Apache HBase.

It would be good to have some documented procedure, maybe only for a development environment or maybe with some manual steps on top of the installer. At this point, I see a couple of things we will need to do in the code, after picking some HBase version we want to use (e.g. 0.98.6). One is a change to file core/sqf/sqenvcom.sh, with an added case for a vanilla Apache HBase environment. Another is some code changes where Trafodion uses some interfaces that either went away or got added.
