Description

Switch to https://github.com/rzo1/cxf/tree/cxf-4.1.0-tomee custom CXF 4.1.0 fork to have a stable version of TomEE. It is based on 8588de147e96abfc5852645768a11bebde53a851 (green cxf build) and should serve us well for an m3 release. It is deployed to the GitHub package repository to avoid Maven Central sync requirements or too much effort in additional voting (etc) given our sparse resources.
