Description

Switch to https://github.com/rzo1/cxf/tree/cxf-4.1.0-tomee custom CXF 4.1.0 fork to have a stable version of TomEE. It is based on 7ab74899002f69055175dacae946b7664413c9ad (green cxf build) and should serve us well for an m2 release. It is deployed to the GitHub package repository to avoid Maven Central sync requirements or too much effort in additional voting (etc) given our sparse resources.
