Description

While GA is still allowed according to the ASF Privacy Policy, there's now an ASF Matomo instance.

• Matomo doesn't track full IPs, doesn't track sessions after closing the browser, etc.
• Additionally, GA is already illegal in some countries,, like France.

In the near future, ASF Privacy will urge us to migrate to Matomo or drop GA anyway. So let's replace the GA code with Matomo.
