[TOMEE-3832] JAX-RS TomEEJsonbProvider not registered in tomee-embedded-maven-plugin when MicroProfile is present

Description

When using tomee-embedded-maven-plugin with mp-common as a dependency for the plugin TomEEJsonpProvider and TomEEJsonbProvider won't get added anymore to JAX-RS message readers/writers, breaking JSON webservices. This did work up until TomEE 8.0.6.

Deploying the built .war in standalone TomEE (with or without tomee.mp.scan=true) works flawlessly though.

I've attached a small maven project that can reproduce this issue.
