[TOMEE-2070] IvmContext close method doesn't check if the context is read only

Description

When IvmContext is marked as read-only, the user can close it without getting an exception (even if it's configured that read only context should throw exception on change). If close method checks for read-only, the behavior would be consistent with the rest of context "modifying" methods.
