[TOMEE-198] JAX-RS and JAX-WS does not work when together in a single application

Description

I'm building an application with a single service, which is exposed by both JAX-WS and JAX-RS (in separate beans). When both JaxWsService and JaxRsService are deployed TomEE does not see my RESTful service.
I was able to run the same code on Glassfish 3.1.2 so I assume my desired behaviour is not too odd (I just needed to adjust web.xml configuration for Glashfish - no code changes).
