Description

These mojo now have:

• tomeeHttpsPort: the https port
• forceHttps: use https even if http is set
• ejbdEndpoint: /tomee/ejb by default but allow to override it if you deploy it without your webapp (EjbServlet)
• lookupVariables: additional entries for the remote lookup of Deployer if you customize EJBd lookup
