Description

Goal:

• allow:

openejb.deploymentId.format = {host}/{appId}/{ejbJarId}/{ejbName}

• support host in jaxrs/jaxws services (ie remove/deprecate getWebContext(id))
• support to deploy twice the same physical persistence unit
