According to : http://tomee-openejb.979440.n4.nabble.com/Classpath-discovery-in-REST-annotations-with-virtual-classpath-td4672309.html. The proposition is to manage virtual class path not only in META-INF/context.xml but in server.xml, and Catalina/locahost/file.xml too.
