conf/provisioning.properties

keys can be zip or jar.

the value is a list of paths separated by a comma.

when tomee starts if the files doesn't exist in lib folder of openejb webapp it is added.

zip value is a list of zip file and the content is added.

jar value is directly a list of jar to add.

it should support provisionning module (mvn and http urls).

can be used for instance to force the ssh module installation
