[TOMAHAWK-65] inputHtml does not work properly in IE6.0

Description

In IE 6.0, [edit HTML code], [text-color: alt-f] and [background-color: alt-h] toolbar buttons do work in the Html Editer sample application (simple.war). Also after clicking [Submit] button, the content is lost. They work OK with Firefox.
