Description

When one PPRPanelGroup is nested inside another one, the children of the nested one don't get rendered when a PPR request comes in. There is the DISABLE_RENDER_CHILDREN variable introduced in TOMAHAWK-974 that causes this behaviour, and which seems to be not needed anymore.
