Description

Currently each day cell is rendered as a table with a header and content cell. This is inflexible, as it does not allow layouts where the content occupies the area to the right of the day number. It could also be argued that it is over use of tables for layout.

Also, an entry table is currently rendered within the content cell even if there are no entries.
