[TOMAHAWK-112] calling UploadedFile.getSize() returns 0 on files with Chinese file names.

Description

Calling org.apache.myfaces.custom.fileupload.UploadedFile.getSize() on the file ?? .txt returns 0. It seems that it either mangles the file name, or is unable to find the copied file.

Let me know if there is any special configuration required for files with double-byte file names. I don't have any trouble with standard files, or accented characters such as é
