Currently checking the use of jsf_js from

https://github.com/werpu/jsfs_js_ts

The old implementation was taken from myfaces-2.3, but with some patches:

• trim for ViewState
• Tobago "reload" handling (see TOBAGO-1633)
• AJAX replacement of <tc:page>
