Description

The base renderer classes have been moved from package
org.apache.myfaces.tobago.renderkit.html.scarborough.standard.tag
to
org.apache.myfaces.tobago.renderkit.html.standard.standard.tag

Providing these classes with old package name helps updating other project that has their own themes.
