[TOBAGO-1215] Markup dependent layout is broken after AJAX reload

Description

If you are using components that have layout properties depending on a markup (see: TOBAGO-827), the layout value aren't applied correctly, after an AJAX reload.

Problem: The "prepare renderer" methods have to be called before the "layout", because in the "prepare renderer" evaluates the "current markup". The "current markup" may influence layout specific constraints.
