Description

After loading the DOM, some parts must be initialized with JavaScript.
There should be callback registry, to put custom code in.

In the moment e.g. the init function for the tree is not in the tobago-tree.js, but in the tobago.js, because there is no registry.

The registry should have (at least) 3 possible events:
documentReady (after the DOM was build)
windowLoad (after all images and css was loaded)
afterUpdate (after an AJAX call)
