Description

As per ASF privacy policy [1], we should not host JS or CSS files on CDNs such as Cloudflare instead, we should opt to host the Fonts/JS/CSS locally on the Apache server.

We have multiple instances [2] where we are downloading scripts from cloudflare. This task should remove this dependency and host the files locally.
