[TINKERPOP-2736] PluginAcceptror interface no more available in 3.5.3+ but referred in documentation

Description

The Gremlin Plugins section in https://tinkerpop.apache.org/docs/3.5.3/dev/provider/#gremlin-plugins still refers to the PluginAcceptor interface which does not exist anymore in 3.5.3. This makes the documentation misleading.
Suggestion

• please update the documentation and take that interface out
• explain the use of GremlinShellEnvironment as an alternative way the plugins could access the execution environment.
