Description

Both BulkDumperVertexProgram and BulkLoaderVertexProgram were deprecated in 3.2.10 and replaced by CloneVertexProgram. Neither were removed in 3.4.0 so as to give more time to providers relying on these features to sort out their migration plans. Sufficient time has passed now such that removing them for 3.5.0 should be generally agreeable to providers and users.
