Description

As we now have AnonymousTraversalSource there is no need for the GREMLIN_REMOTE and {[GREMLIN_REMOTE_CONNECTION_CLASS}} to live on TraversalSource. They seem better suited on RemoteConnection as that's the object they look to help construct.
