Description

The ASF requires all projects to migrate their websites to svnpubsub before the end of the year.
I think that involves:

• importing the current website into a new directory in SVN
• setting up the maven plugin
• making a JIRA request to INFRA with the source SVN URL, the target directory on people.apache.org and the target URL.

I'm opening separate issues for AUTOTAG, TREQ, the Tiles framework.

We may also want to consider using the CMS for the main website.
