[TILES-403] Allow writing directly in TilesRequestContext

Description

Currrently it is not possible to set the content type of the response. It should be possible, to allow rendering templates different from JSP and servlets.
Moreover:

• a "isResponseCommitted" method should be added;
• the map returned from "getHeader" should be writable, by writing header values in the response.
