[TIKA-82] When default configuration is used, Tika's console output should be limited to important messages.

Description

We plan to provide a thorough solution for logging in the future. Until then, we should make sure that the console output we produce (by default) is limited to important information and error messages, since we will be sharing the console with all the other software in the user's application.
