[TIKA-72] Key for resource name in metadata should be a constant, and should be based on "resource name".

Description

Currently the key that is used to indicate the resource from which the stream to be parsed is "filename". Since streams will come from sources other than files, this should be renamed to "resourceName", and made a constant for safer use.
