Description

Various design patterns that could be used with the Parser interface call for dummy sentinel parser classes to be used (instead of null) as placeholders for more complex functionality. To simplify implementation of such patterns we should add simple parser classes that either always produce an empty XHTML event stream, or always throw a TikaException.
