As reported by André Ricardo on the user@tika list:

I'm sorry to bother you with such a minor thing, but in the page
http://tika.apache.org/ there is a link to "Parser 5min Quick Start
Guide" that goes to http://tika.apache.org/parser_guide.html (which is
not found 404) instead of http://tika.apache.org/0.7/parser_guide.html.

This patch will fix that issue.
