Description
In the test file we're adding on TIKA-4124, the mht file is identified incorrectly as html and not RFC822. We can add a few more header patterns to our detection to include this file (and others in the wild?).
In the back of my mind, there's a related open issue floating around where someone else observed that rfc822s that contain <html were incorrectly being identified as html. Please link to this issue if my memory isn't failing.
