Description

Currently Tika is having a dependency of IntelliJ IDEA Annotations 12.0 in tika-langdetect-optimaize.

https://search.maven.org/artifact/com.intellij/annotations

As we can see there are no new versions of the same after 2013 and hence this is getting detected as EOL.

The project has moved to org.jetbrains:annotations and there are new versions released from time to time. Latest being 24.0.1

I would like to request Tika to upgrade to use newer project.
