    Description

On twitter, Tyler Thorsted asked if we could add a flag for whether or not a PDF contains a 3D annotation.  He posted a link to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32041473/detecting-if-a-pdf-file-contains-3d-element

We already iterate through annotations, so this should be straightforward.

Tyler shared two example files privately.
