[TIKA-3495] parent-child in solr emitter doesn't seem to include parent id (_nest_parent_)

Description

I'm trying to draft examples of indexing parent-child relationships with the Solr emitter on the tika-pipes wiki page. With the latest 2.0.1-SNAPSHOT build, I'm not seeing any of the following fields populated: root, nest_parent, nest_path.

Should these be auto-populated by Solrj or do we need to add these paths?
