    Description

tika-server:  When using the -c option, Tika states the file path/name during load time like so:

INFO Starting Apache Tika 1.20 server
      INFO Using custom config: c:\tmp\tika-config.xml

However, when using the system property, or the environment variable, no such helpful line is displayed.
