Description
Commons Compress 1.11 is out, which includes a fix for the issue reported in TIKA-1717
Need to check that nothing breaks with the new version, then upgrade
(Based on the changelog, it doesn't look like there's any new features to take advantage of, nor new formats, just fixes)
