Implement Metadata Property with PropertyType ALT

    Description

      PropertyType Alt has been available for a while, but it doesn't appear to have been implemented. I'd like to implement it to fix TIKA-1295.

      If I've missed the implementation or if there is a preferred workaround, please let me know, and I'll close this issue and use that to fix TIKA-1295.
