[THRIFT-3648] Union in c++ doesn't work

Description

The simple code that was supposed to work is in https://github.com/enriquefynn/union_thrift

I also believe that setting a field should automatically flag the isset for the field true as if I use a struct instead of union

Even setting all the fields of isset to false, in the server I see all the fields setted.
