Import Haskell haddock comments and trivial refactorings

    Description

      fbthrift has some more commits from the main author of current version of Apache Thrift haskell lib.
      Those commits are not at all new (mostly 1 year old) and contains following

      • hadrock comments
      • fixes some JSON protocols issues
      • pretty JSON protocols
      • some cleanup and potential performance improvement
      • a few fixes for code generation

      To avoid an unecessarily huge diff, I'll first merge comments and trivial changes in this sub-task.
