Description

When run my PHP test client, PHP reports:
Access to undeclared static property: Thrift\Protocol\TProtocol::$TBINARYPROTOCOLACCELERATED in ...

Then I check lib/php/lib/Thrift/Protocol/TProtocol.php, and there is no definition of $TBINARYPROTOCOLACCELERATED
